  • Place your order by email to littlebeader@yahoo.co.uk with a list of your requirements, your full name and phone number.

  • You can use the shopping basket to select your items, do not click on proceed to checkout but instead copy and paste the contents to the email.

  • We will process your order as quickly as possible, orders sent in the morning will be usually be processed the same day (except weekends, bank holidays) but please allow 24 hours in case we are busy.

  • Once we have processed your order you will receive a payment request from Google Checkout this will be sent to the email address you have provided.

  • We will never see your card details as these are held by Google Checkout on their safe, secure site.

  • Once your payment is received your order will be despatched, please note mail usually goes out at around 2pm, orders for which payments are received after that time may not go out until the next day.

  • An email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days.

Faulty goods will be replaced, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
