Q. Do you have a printed catalogue? A. No, as new stock is added frequently and some items become unavailable it would quickly be out of date. Also not having a printed catalogue keeps overheads down and therefore the price of goods lower.

Q. Do you deliver to the Channel Islands? A. Yes

Q. I  live in France/USA/Croatia/Belgium or somewhere else not in the UK can I order from you?    A. Only if you can provide a delivery address in the UK.

Q. Can I place an order over the phone? A. Sorry no, we do not have the facilities to accept payment over the phone.

Q. When will I receive my order? A. we will attempt to send all orders within 24hrs but occasionally this may not be possible, all orders should be despatched within 3 days of receipt.

Q. I'm looking for a type of bead that is not on your web-site do you have any? A. Ask, we might have them.

Q. How much is postage and packing? A. Orders over £20 are free, for orders under £20 there is a charge of £1.50.
